I’ve been getting a lot of questions and the one question that comes up the most is, “Diet Coke, is it Good for You?” For the people who love soda, keep reading because it’s going to get interesting.
Recent studies show people who drink at least two diet sodas per day experienced a waist-size increase that was six times greater than those who didn’t drink diet soda. It also causes increased risk for heart disease, diabetes and other chronic conditions.
The point is if you are going to drink soda, drink the real stuff or better yet, drink water.
At least Diet Coke and Mentos has some cool properties.
