3 Simple Diet Tips
There is a lot of confusion about diet and I just want to give you 3 Simple Diet Tips:
1. Eat small portions every 3 hours, on average 6 to 7 times a day to keep your metabolism up.
2. If you are going to eat carbs, eat them in the first ½ of the day so your body has time to burn them off.
3. You want a high protein diet with no processed food. The protein builds muscle while lowering the amount of calories you take-in each day.
