I remember as a college student, my friends and I were too broke to afford supplements for our bodybuilding lifestyle. One of our buddy who lived on campus would sneak us in to the campus cafeteria, where most of the football linebackers spent most of their day. Just recently, a fan asked me, if there where anything besides protein shakes to consume because it’s was too expensive for him. Rest assure, I’m your fitness guru. I was a hard gainer myself and I was able to pack on muscle on a budget in college. Whenever I was hungry, I would drink 16 oz of whole milk and if that still didn’t satisfy my appetite, I would gobble down 3 – 6 hard boiled eggs. I would do this once in the morning and a few hours before I went to bed. By doing this, I was able to add 1000 – 12000 good calories into my starving muscles. I stopped doing this routine, not because I have some spending money, but I reach to a point where I feel comfortable with my physique. This would definitely be useful for bodybuilders on a budget.
