I don’t mind setting my clock an hour forward even though I’m sleep deprived, but it’s like having bad jet lag. Every year when we Spring forward, my sleep schedule goes off for a few days. I know it might not affect on others as much, but when I’m training, any extra hours of sleep helps. Resting is very important for muscle growth. I enjoy having more sunlight for outdoor activities, but living in Chicago it’s like winter year around.  The warmest day in Chicago was in the high 20′s then it just drops down to the single digits again. I just hope I can fast forward to after adapting so I don’t have to worry.
