No it’s not what you think, your fitness guru isn’t on the hard stuff. I’ve been traveling a lot recently, just in the past couple of weeks I’ve been to Europe, to LA, to Shanghai and back again. With all this traveling my internal clock has gone a little haywire trying to keep up with the shifting time zones. I’ve never been big on taking drugs, but traveling so much I’ve been seriously needing sleeping pills to help me fall asleep on long plane rides. I’m looking forward to traveling to China this fall, and to Europe and Japan this winter, but man I’m not looking forward to the jet lag! Do you guys have any tips on how to beat jet lag?
